Show if addon is not being updated or used anymore

I went looking for addons for World of Warcraft, and saw NPC scan. It's got 59 million downloads, so I downloaded it to find rare spawns. However, it's no longer being updated, as the technique it uses to find rares is now obsolete. I finished up downloading an unusable app (though Curse Forge shows up to date).
