sometimes you have multiple versions of World of warcraft installed as you already know and facilitate inside the CurseForge client (Beta, PTR, Classic, Retail. etc...)
One very easy quality of life feature can be to allow me to take all the existing addons I have installed with their configurations (as in specialized UI/etc) and copy them from one instance of the game to another using automated compatible versions for that version.
"One click to clone them all"
Thanks!
Hey,
Thanks for the response.
What i imagined is - once you click that "clone/import/whatever you wanna call" it button the client will look over the list of addons i have for the retail version, check which one's have a newer version for the beta client.
If it does - will download that version for me.
If it doesnt - copy my existing version of that addon directly from my WTF folder to the new client location.
so it will be more then a regular copy my folder button. to ease my copy transition.
but a simple copy can be good aswell if the client will auto recognize the addons in the new version immidiately
hey, would create/import from WTF folder do the trick for this as well?
