Sort the Categories better with a filter. Merged

For example, if you are looking for different hairstyles for your sim and you want a hairstyle that is either for children or male sims, there is no way to sort that you have an endless scroll of hairstyles for women (Mostly). The same goes for clothing and other accessories within the sims. A filter would help sort everything it could include (Most downloaded, Currently Downloaded, Male, Female, Child, and even New Items that was just added)
