I realize it is already a work in progress to get more sign in options, and I don't intend to nag, but it needs to be an active priority because users can't communicate with the mod creators, to comment on significant bugs if they don't have a way to log in. It's a UI/UX flaw that could easily be amended in less than a month.

To sign in to Curseforge, users are forced to sign up for Twitch, which is a niche audience compared to the amount of people that could use an existing Facebook or Google account to sign in. It doesn't make sense to not be able to sign up for a website on the website itself. It is inconvenient to be redirected to some other website and being forced to sign up for that, for literally no other reason than to sign up here. That alone will deter people from utilizing Curseforge for their mods. I don't personally have any other purpose for getting a twitch account so I'm content to wait for other options, but there are stubborn people less patient than I that will just find somewhere else to go... which is unfortunate given the advantages of using Curseforge over alternatives, because it has essentially streamlined modding.
