Free server creation including a mod addon allowing custom mods like Create Mod. Merged

It could be useful in creating modded Minecraft servers that most people don't know how to do. It could be simple. Click on the 'Create a Server' button, Add the server address and stuff like that, Click on 'Mods', It will take you to a different page to select the mods you want to add to the server, then click 'Done', then start the server, the server will download the mods, then people will be able to play on the server.
