Flag or report inappropriate content option
There should be an option to flag or report inappropriate content. I haven't seen anything alarming yet, but I'm sure some dork is going to come along and screw it up with a Nazi tattoo or a racial stereotype sim.

Thanks for the feedback, reporting is done through the CurseForge website, you have a 'report' flag for every project page, and you have various reasons to choose from. In the app the terminology is a bit off (I will pass it on) but by pressing the 3 dots on a project's page you get 'report a bug', which leads to the project's page on the website - where you can find 'report'.
