add friend to launcher to share privat modpacks Merged

add a friend to the launcher then you can Share modspacks you have theres a button with 2 people on it (not real people) to add an friend theres a button in the friend list to add friends and a friend request button to see the requestes you got thats helps privat people to share ther modpacks with friend and it is better and you guys can try to create an party system for the friend system it would help everyone to speak with his friend when they dont have some speak platform like discord
