Sort mods/custom content by recent downloaded. Merged

I find it easier to find the mods and custom content that isn't working if it is sorted by last downloaded. That way I can delete the last mod I downloaded if my game crashes and I will know exactly where it is. Everyone, no matter what game they play, would benefit by this.
