Mod Version Locking Merged

There are mods that can change drastically between versions, and updating those mods can cause problems. Either big or small, it can cause problems, such as losing that mod's specific information or crashing on startup. Whatever the problem is, sometimes you don't want to have the option to update the mod for a modpack. You can choose not to update, but you might forget, so I suggest allowing users to lock a mod's version, preventing them from updating it on that Profile/Instance/Modpack. Maybe put the button in the "versions" page. Adding on to that, if a mod developer knows that such an issue can occur from updating from one version to another (such as with a major update and revision, causing older data to be incompatible with the newer ones), they could select a similar option when uploading, creating a block in the version list that prevents users from updating to versions above the line automatically.

TLDR: Add a button that lets you remove the "this mod has an update available" button for desired mods in certain profiles
