I'm now playing the game with custom document path because I don't have enough space on C: but CurseForge seems to be forced to be installed only C: and doesn't let you change the directory. Just add an option to allow the mods to be installed on the custom directory, that would be awesome

I too am noticing several pieces of Duplicate custom content in my Sims 4 folder because I moved them to subfolders, they did not show up in the Curseforge app, and I accidentally installed a duplicate copy. Curseforge app also does not seem to scan SUBFOLDERS for content in the main Mods folder for Sims 4. This really needs to be fixed. I ran a duplicate cleaner scan on my Sims 4 Mods folder and subfolders: 56 duplicates were found. Not cool, Curseforge, not cool.
