This should be self-evident that a certain quality bar of ads should be controlled in the client (until we're allowed to skip ads completely, which I'm waiting on).
Our team is very careful with the content we allow to be presented on our platform. Do you have any specific case in mind where you saw something that you think is inappropriate?

This board is being moderated, if you wish for your idea(s) to go public, please consider the following:
If your idea already exists, vote for it, this will increase the chances for the idea to become reality. Duplicate ideas only split and lower votes
This board is for new ideas and feature suggestions, for technical issues or bug reports, visit/contact CurseForge Support
This ensures that the idea is accessible to a wider audience and makes it easier for others to understand and vote for the idea
Any ideas posted with foul language will not be published and get deleted
Avoid posting 'lists' of different ideas, we won't be able to address them with a proper status and they will get less votes from others, each idea should have its own post
Posts with multiple ideas can not be merged and prevent us from opening these posts for upvotes
Sorry to revive this thread, but I was gonna make a post about this, I don't mind ads from amazon, google, food places, etc.
But im on a video game and id rather not see an ad, asking me to vote for a right wing republic who wants to rebuild the wall, keep them in mexico and other REALLY REALLY HARD political standing points.
I manage to snag a screenshot, and the ad itself is REALLY REALLY disturbing and targeting a clear minority. and should be removed or blocked away from the ad entirely.
And by client I meant the alpha client where even if you're a subscriber, ads still play
Under subscription in the alpha client, it says ads wont play if you're a subscriber, should either 1) make that true, or 2) don't claim it
It was the political content from the last US local election cycle I think, going by the date.
