Faster or perhaps Automated File Verification

As of now, it can take up to a week for a file to be verified on the curseforge site. This is very nonsensical to me, because it seems like the process could be automated. Check if the file is a re-upload of another file, check if it is safe, upload. This could be an issue because the description matters (For Some Reason) and it would be hard to automate the scanning of that. If you can't automate the Confirmation Process, at-least get staff to be a bit faster. It is very slow at the moment.

Hey there - we're still learning the current verification system, and hope to keep it to the standard that the community was used to.
As far as we know project approvals are confirmed/rejected within several days (apart from weekends, maintenance issues or crashes).

We will explore automation carefully in the future after having a better understanding of the various project approval challenges across the different games. We are also considering a suggestion to add queue time estimations or project upload number

    (see suggestion) #CF-I-260.

Are you sure you aren't mixing something up or doing something wrong? It's never taken a week for approvals, Project or File. At the most it's been ~4 days due to holidays on a Friday/Monday or there being issues with a project/file.

If this was the current case I'd never hear the end of it in the discord. If it's truly taken that long you should check the file list for the file status for the project as you could have missed the notification. Otherwise open a support ticket as something ate your file and never pushed it the the queue.
