Memory problems in mod browser

When you scroll far enough down, it doesn't unload the listings that were hundreds or potentially even thousands of elements up. This is arguably intended behavior but it makes everything slow to a crawl when you're just browsing without searching for a specific mod.

There's also an unintended memory leak when you click into a mod's page and then click the back button. It gets resolved when you exit out of the mod browser, so it's clearly not a full memory leak, but like the previous flaw it can cause memory to fill up and rely on swapping.
