just a searchbar where you would enter a name of a mod and it would list you all the modpacks that have this mod (for example: "ex nihilo" and it would list all the modpacks with ex nihilo so like sky factory, stoneblock, ..) + the option to blacklist mods that you dislike

Also will be nice have Minecraft version filter in Dependencies tab for search modpack for specific Minecraft version with mod.
Single case already possible but will be nice for multimods search
axel you are asking exactly what i really need i just dont think i explained it as good as you. this would be a big upgrade for curseforge using something so simple that way people who know the modpacks they like, can find the perfect modpack easily.
The "Dependencies" tab works great if you're only looking for modpacks that contain a single particular mod.
It would be great if we had some type of search that would allow us to select multiple mods and then the system would give us a list of modpacks that depend on all of the selected mods.
For example if I'm a fan of the mods "Equivalent Integrations" and "Refined Storage", I'm looking for a simple way to find modpacks that contain both of those mods.
The original poster asked for an option to blacklist mods - this could also be integrated into this advanced search - for example what if the user is looking for modpacks with the mods "Equivalent Integrations" and "Refined Storage" but doesn't want "Bloodmoon" in the packs listed in the search results?
On the mod's page click "Dependencies" tab and choose "Dependents" - and there you go.
