Dependencies for minecraft maps

Allow us to add dependencies for minecraft maps - mainly resourcepacks would be useful. Possibly for seperate datapacks.

    Resource packs and datapacks can be integrated into maps since 1.8 and 1.13 respectively, so this is not needed except for resourcepacks and datapacks that disallows redistribution in other projects.

    This would be very useful, especially for maps that require a resource pack. Upvoted.
