Add a "Create Desktop Shortcut" button to installed modpacks Merged

Technically a 2-in-1 suggestion, you would need

1) a way to launch a modpack directly via command-line argument,

2) button that automates the creation of a desktop shortcut with said command line argument and modpack icon.

(The launcher still operates as normal, it just saves users time by turning the four-click "Open Curseforge -> Select Game -> Select Modpack -> Play" process into a one-click "Open Modpack" shortcut.)

    I'd personally prefer if it had a customizable icon that could default either as the modpack icon or the mc launcher icon, what do you think?
