I'm not entirely sure what the message here is. I presume it means to distribute actual datapacks like you would build for BEDROCK. And then because they would now be hosted on CF, our launchers can pull them in.
There's a difference between Java and Bedrock datapacks, datapacks are mostly files full of vanilla commands that add functionality like "Vanilla Tweaks" from Xisuma. They are less effiecent than actual mods but their appeal is portability, that you don't need to have Forge or Fabric installed and that you can just add them to worlds without other users needing something to use them.
