make it so you have a option to download all the mods they have or the one you want its annoying when i download a mod and it has to download hundreds of there other mods i only want the one i install

Mods are downloaded singularly. If you are downloading a Modpack, it does indeed download the entire Modpack and cannot be restricted.
You can create your own Custom Profile to add the Mods you like into a new profile, or download the Modpack, enable editing it and toggle of the mods you don't want in your game.
