Dont Allow Forge mods to update to Fabric

Similar to the suggestion made by Ryan Spivak and fueled by the comment of R Pizzamonkey

There are some mods that have Fabric and Forge versions together, using the Charm mod as an example, its forge version doesn't have an update since January, however it has been updated some times for the fabric version.
This is just a QOL change since it would stop you from having to open every mod page when it has an update, and thus rendering the "update" button almost useless.
