Markdown support for mod pages

For a lot of developers are used to using markdown whether it's for README files or wiki and was always presented as a option that most chose. Many devs aren't usually used to the WYSIWYG format as opposed to markdown. So an option to choose freely between both would be amazing!

gmail It's fine to give warnings, but I don't care what you think about optifine. No one has the right to tell other people how to use their system.

Hello, has the rebuild already been deployed? Because the editors for Markdown and WYSIWYG is still terrible!

We plan on updating the text editors once we complete the re-build of the website.

I would love Markdown support like GitHub has (Is it Markdown Here? I have no idea :D). It's well known, easy-to-use and capable of all the tricks, creators need for their descriptions.

Currently formatting on CF is awful

We already have markdown, but it's awful. It would be great if we could take our GitHub's body, paste it on our mod page and it just worked

It's the same across the site.
Everyone has the WYSIWYG editor and Markdown.
Markdown editor is god awful though and you can't mix them. Doing so will make you lose your page layout.

But there already is markdown option? Or are mod pages different from others?
