Allow user to group their mod for management

Reason: Some of the mods require other mods to expand its functionality and some of the mods are used under similar position or similar purpose. This means that some of the mods can be group together.


How it could be done: Allow user to group mods in CurseForge by creating tabs.


Real example:

1)"Deadly Boss Mods" has many add-on for different game expension. Some of the players prefer to keep them, and they can be grouped under a user-created tab "Boss Encounter Mod" or ""DBM related".

2)"HandyNotes" has many add-on to extend its usage. It is a pain when scrolling over all the HandyNotes rellated addon when viewing "My Addons" list. They can be grouped under a user-created tab "HandyNotes realted".
