addons/ translationd for mods

is there a way to make all of the mods avilable in all of the languages that game is avilable or option to put links under mods to translations

Let us download/update WoW mods directly from github

There are addons that for whatever reason are not in CurseForge, why not give us the option to install them directly from Github and keep them maintained from there directly?
